ACCF 2009 Easter Gallery

Welcome to the ACCF 2009 Easter Gallery.  We remembered this wonderful Resurrection Sunday by coming together and celebrating the reality of Jesus in our lives.  These are just a few memories of Easter 2009!  Enjoy!

•  We came together for one service at Hillsboro Stadium...prepared for whatever the weather would be...and it was better than expected!!!  

"Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you-unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures.  (I Cor. 15:1-4)

    

• The staff and volunteers even thought to bring rocks to hold down the papers at the information booth!

• Lots of Kiddos came ready to go!!  They had games to play, songs to sing, little friends to see and of course...CANDY TO EAT!!  As always it is our prayer that they can come to church and take in the word, that the seeds of faith in their lives will GROW and they will remember that Jesus LOVES THEM!

We were blessed to have KUTLESS come and spend the day with us!  It has been great to see how the Lord continues to use these guys and their families all over the world.  We had the privilege of being able to pray for Jon Micah and his wife, Shannon; for their new little one and their family.

"But what does it say?  'The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart' (that is, the word of faith which we preach):  that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.  For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."  (Romans 10:8-10)

"And this is the testimony:  that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.  He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.  These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God."  (1 John 5:11-13)
